COVID Protocols as of January 22, 2021

Dear Unity Spiritual Center Community,

As we move through this time of public health concerns, the Board of Trustees continues to evaluate our building protocols and policies. Wanting to serve our congregation in the most equitable manner, we have updated our building protocols as follows effective immediately:

• Masks are required in Unity Hall for Sunday Services.

• Masks are not required, but optional in our offices, the Spirit Room, the Community Room and in our youth and adult education classrooms.

• Coffee service has returned in the Community Room.

• We will still have hand sanitizers and masks available both in Unity Hall and in the offices and classrooms area.

• While we remain excited to be worshiping in the building again, we encourage anyone who is in a high-risk category to continue worshiping with us at home.

The Board of Trustees continues to monitor public health conditions, and will adjust our policies accordingly.

With Kind Regards,

Greg Skuderin
President, Board of Trustees

COVID Protocols as of December 22, 2021

Dear Unity Spiritual Center Family,

As we move into the winter season, public health concerns have returned.  With the recent increases in cases of Covid-19, the Board of Trustees would like to announce our updated Covid-19 protocols:

Masks will be required for entry. We will have free surgical masks available for those who may need one.

We have modified seating in Unity Hall to accommodate as many guests as we can, while maximizing safe social distancing.

We will still be singing our traditional closing songs at the end of service, but will not be asking people to join hands.

Donations will be accepted at a Love Offering station, rather than collection baskets being passed.

Youth Education, adult classes and groups will continue as scheduled with mask requirement protocols also in place.

Fellowship in the Community Room will continue with masks required, and without the serving of refreshments.

The Board of Trustees is monitoring public health conditions on an on-going basis, and our temporary protocols will be adjusted and announced when changes in policy occur.

We stand in Faith with our Unity Spiritual Center family in knowing that our community is stronger than any circumstance, and together we will move forward blessed by God healthy, happy and safe.

Sincerely,

Greg Skuderin
President, Board of Trustees
