April 2024 theme is Healing

April theme is Healing

Prayer: I bring curiosity, loving-kindness, and an openness to my healing journey. I now let go of any thought of illness, inharmony or scarcity.  I affirm health, harmony, and plenty. This is my Truth. I give thanks for the gifts of willingness and courage that support me on my journey to health, well-being and wholeness.

Affirmation: I have the faith to believe that healing is not only possible but inevitable.

Scripture: "I will restore health to you, and your wounds I will heal." Jeremiah 30:17

Youth and Family Ministry

Youth and their families are welcomed to the Spirit Room on Sundays at 11 a.m. on the second through the fifth Sunday of each month. Families can stay for the Opening Circle before joining Sunday Service in Unity Hall.

Their current theme is "From Seed to Seedfolks." Lessons are created using the book "Seedfolks" by Paul Fleischman. It's a story of a community based in Cleveland where 13 people from different genders, ages, and ethnicities create a garden from a vacant lot and discover the beauty in being a community that helps each other, respects one another, and honors the uniqueness of all. We are each important and necessary to create a strong, vibrant, loving community.

April 28: Kingdom of Heaven is in the Heart of us All
