Tai Chi offers numerous benefits for everyone, including improved balance, strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular health. It is gentle enough for older adults and can help reduce the risk of falls, boost cognitive function, and ease symptoms of depression and anxiety.

Join us for this weekly class led by Mary Holtz. She has trained with Robert Peng Qigong and holds Tai Chi Easy and Level One Certifications from The Institute of Integral Qigong and Tai Chi. She is known for leading community sessions in serene, natural settings. 

No experience or registration needed – just wear comfy clothes and come ready to move, breathe, and feel better. Class meets in the Community Room.
